Doc Serwis is a modern auto service in Warsaw where you can get comprehensive diagnostics, technical maintenance, car repair, exhaust system work, as well as body and paint repair.
We built a service where the client understands what is happening with their car, which work is really needed and what they are paying for.
Before starting a repair, we run diagnostics, identify the cause of the fault, draw up a list of required work and agree its cost with the car owner.

We receive your request
You call us, message us or leave a request on the site. The manager clarifies the make, model, year of manufacture, nature of the fault and your wishes.
We run diagnostics
A technician inspects the car, checks the relevant systems and determines the real cause of the problem. We don't start replacing parts at random without understanding the cause of the fault.
We create a repair plan
After diagnostics you receive information about the condition of the car. The work is prioritised:
- must be done urgently;
- should be done soon;
- can be planned for later.
We agree the cost
Before the repair begins, we agree the list of work, the parts and the preliminary cost with you. Additional work is not carried out without the car owner's approval.
We carry out the repair
Our technicians perform the agreed work using professional equipment, the right tools and proven materials.
We check the result
After the repair is complete, we check the work performed and the operation of the repaired system.
We hand the car back to the client
The manager explains what was done, which parts were replaced and what to pay attention to during further use.
